Stalking
A person commits the offence of stalking if they willfully on more that one occasion follows or harasses another person with the intent to:
- Place that person in reasonable fear for their safety, or that of their families or close, personal associates.
- Cause that person to suffer substantial emotional distress by causing that person to fear for their safety or that of their family or close, personal associates, or by causing that person to fear continued harassment.
