Individual Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are part of InterAct’s important efforts to help survivors create a safe, loving, and self-sufficient future for themselves and their children. Our volunteer program is always growing, and volunteers contribute more than 30,000 hours of donated time each year.

Steps To Becoming A Volunteer

  1. Attend a Volunteer Information Session
  2. Submit Volunteer Application and Professional References to Volunteer & Community Engagement Coordinator
  3. Complete Volunteer Screening Interview
  4. Attend Volunteer Core Training

While these steps are typically followed, please note that we have had to adapt significantly due to COVID-19. Click on the links below to see how our volunteer opportunities have been affected and how you can plan to get involved in the short- and long-term.
