Group Counseling

Rebuilding life after abuse can feel lonely and overwhelming. InterAct’s group counseling, led by trained counselors, allow survivors to find healing and strength through shared experiences.

Group counseling is a benefit for survivors because group members can regain confidence, reduce their feelings of isolation, overcome fear and gain additional support from others experiencing similar events.

Group counseling is available for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors who have received individual counseling with InterAct. Groups are offered throughout the year in the evening.  Each group session is 8 weeks. Spanish speaking groups are available.
