How To Receive Services At InterAct

***As our community continues to grapple with the COVID-19 pandemic, and in an effort to protect the individuals and families we serve, InterAct is taking the following steps:

For your safety, and the safety of others, InterAct has suspended walk-in services. Help is still available, 24/7!

If you are experiencing domestic violence or sexual assault during the COVID-19 pandemic, you are not alone! InterAct is here for you. InterAct’s crisis counselors are available by phone 24/7 for safety planning, advocacy, and connection to resources. Please call 919-828-7740.

If you are in immediate danger, please call 911.****

We provide services at our Family Safety and Empowerment Center Monday-Friday from 9 am – 5 pm. We are located at 1012 Oberlin Road, Raleigh, NC 27605.

If you come to InterAct seeking to electronically file a domestic violence protective order, please do so Monday-Friday from 9 am – 3 pm. (NOTE: This in-person service is temporarily suspended; please call our crisis line at 919-828-7740 for further assistance and to be connected with someone to assist with a domestic violence protective order.)

We provide services to anyone regardless of gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or immigration status. All services are free and confidential.
