Personal and Economic Empowerment
Through InterAct’s Personal and Economic Empowerment Program, victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault are empowered to meet their basic and immediate needs, address employment challenges, advance their education and careers, and ultimately build self-sustaining lives. InterAct meets this mission through its job counseling, job training and placement services, financial literacy, health education and preventative services, health care counseling services, and financial management and educational services.
Victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence who are seeking assistance in establishing their economic independence and self-sufficiency can come to InterAct and get connected with case management and support services needed to begin rebuilding their lives.
